A couple of days ago. I'm looking for information on the Steven Raichlen Best of Barbecue Cast Iron Tuscan BBQ Grill - 14 by 14, so i would like to describe here.
I have a flat bottom, terracotta clay, fire pit. This grid Tuscany lies in it very well. with some mesquite wood burnt embers town, makes great flavor for steaks, burgers, anything you can think off. and since it's made of cast iron, able to handle the heat. and with some protection from the elements when not in use, this grid could last forever. the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the legs are a little erratic .... very lightly. with this
