customer service with this company is better than you! Recently we have had problems with the product that I purchased this for. Although still under warranty by manufacturer when he died on the product and the manufacturer does not answer the phone or returned my call these people took care of me. It is worth the extra cost of buying their protection. I'll buy this again whenever I buy something that cover. If only the producer gave good service as did these people!
