got mine on 9/10/13 and it looks exactly like the pictures. 4 Allen bolts screw through the bottom plate in the legs and then 4 allen bolts that connect the sidebars bends in the legs. It also provides the Allen key. We went together in less than 10 minutes. a rickety card (irregular feet) but not rock when it is loaded with wood. I packed mine up to the top (above the top actually) and still packed out the lower shelf. all wood is wood (heavy) fresh green
